    Bonnie DaSilva is a seasoned commercial real estate professional and trusted advisor, as well as the founder of re|org, a boutique consultancy that delivers high-impact operational support to owners, investors, and property teams during critical transitions. With over two decades of experience and a proven track record managing portfolios exceeding $500M in value, Bonnie has held leadership roles at top-tier firms including MRP Realty, American Real Estate Partners, Tishman Speyer, and Lincoln Equities Group.

    Her deep expertise spans asset management, acquisitions, repositioning, tenant engagement, and performance optimization across industrial, office, and value-add portfolios. Bonnie specializes in protecting operational continuity during acquisitions, staffing gaps, and back-office disruptions, helping clients drive NOI, enhance tenant retention, and implement scalable systems that support long-term portfolio growth.

    She has led cross-functional teams through complex integrations, stabilized underperforming properties, and delivered measurable results through automation, capital planning, and strategic vendor partnerships. Notable accomplishments include achieving a 93% tenant retention rate across a 5.5M SF portfolio, securing over 70,000 SF in new leasing during the COVID-19 downturn, and founding a proprietary training institute for property and engineering teams.

    Bonnie received her B.A in Communication from Monmouth University in West Long Branch, NJ and is a licensed Virginia Realtor closing over $10M annually in commercial and residential deals. As an active member of CREW, the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Women’s Council of Realtors, she holds multiple designations including MRP, SRS, ABR, SRES, with RPA and CCIM in progress.
